Upon processing your payment, we dispatch your items within the specified delivery timeframe indicated on the product page. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification confirming the shipment of your order. Please note that we reserve the right to choose the most suitable delivery method and courier for your order, and it is not possible to select your courier or delivery method.

Shipping Fee: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the UK mainland. However, additional charges may apply for delivery to offshore domestic regions and the Scottish Highlands, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order after placing it on our website, please notify us immediately. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not yet been prepared and shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
